The 2008 OTC also marked another year that Sullivan Group joined forces with Cameron to produce a super-powered marketing event. Along with providing guests with an excptionally entertaining experience, Sullivan Group's primary mission was to promote the Cameron brand and its product offerings in a memorable and informative manner. As always, strategic marketing goals underpinned all of Sullivan Group's activities. Production Management
Taking place on  May 6th, day two of the 2008 OTC, Cameron's celebration was hosted in Reliant Stadium 's West Club Level. More than 700 guests were in attendance, arriving via five appropriately themed tunnel entrances. Once inside they experienced a lager-than-life party featuring Cameron's Fantastic 5, heroic graphic displays, cocktails, energized music, prize giveaways and a bevy of Cameron-inspired surprises.

Donning spectacular custom-designed costumes, Cameron's Fantastic 5 - Torque, Iron Marvel, Petro, Strata and Sub-C - mingled with partygoers, as they highlighted the company's oil & gas offerings. Each of the team's high-tech costumes even featured a torso-mounted video screen that colorfully demonstrated product features and benefits.

A shimmering ice bar served custom-colored cocktails, complete with glowing Cameron ice cubes. Iridescent Cameron swizzle sticks and branded napkins abounded. Trading cards featuring the Fantastic 5, and their associated product attributes, were available at virtually every venue table. Every inch of the event floor also offered easy access to copius amounts of complimentary full-service bars, which served beer and wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and coffee. An impressive array of self- and full-service food stations also flanked the West Club space.
