John Graner became a member of Sullivan Group in January of 2005 with multiple years of experience as a sales manager with Gray Line of Houston, managing and operating tours and transportation services. With more than 15 years of experience, John's number one priority is customer satisfaction that is realized by delivering exceptional service throughout the process. This attention to detail and management style has enabled Sullivan Group to develop the reputation in Houston as the premier destination management company.
John is very active in the hospitality industry and currently is a member of Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME), Texas Business Travelers Association (TBTA), Texas Society of Association Executives (TASE), Hotel & Lodging Association of Greater Houston (HLAGH), Religious Convention Management Association (RCMA) and currently serves on the membership committee of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitor's Bureau (GHCVB), Chairman of Advertising Committee with the Houston Chapter of Meetings Professional International (MPI) and on the Board of Directors for Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI).
John resides in Katy, TX with his wife Melissa and daughter's Madison and Emma. He is a native of Louisiana, where he received his degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University.
