Do you own rentals, decor, and/or AV equipment?

Sullivan Group is an event management company and as such we do not own rentals, decor items or AV equipment. After exploring the needs of your event, Sullivan Group will create a team of trusted vendors to provide the necessary rentals and equipment. In our 30+ years, we have developed relationships with vendors who extend a preferred partner discount, which we are able to pass on to our clients. This business model ensures the most budget friendly and customizable selection for our clients. 

What size events do you produce?

Sullivan Group produces events of all sizes, from a 10 person board dinner to a multi-day conference for thousands of guests. Sullivan Group can provide turnkey, full production services to a la carte event services. We will work with you to customize our role in your event to ensure a memorable and impactful experience for your guests.

What are the different types of corporate events Sullivan Group produces?

Sullivan Group produces any corporate event that may include: meetings, conferences, incentive travel, trade shows, product launches, board dinners/events, customer events, grand openings, groundbreakings, milestone events, awards ceremonies, recognition events, and holiday celebrations. If your event requires strategic planning, Sullivan Group will bring the Big Idea.  

How can I make the most of my event budget?

Sullivan Group recommends you allocate more of your budget on elements guests are more likely to remember, for example: the venue, entertainment, food and beverage, registration process, last impressions, etc.  

What is your fee structure?

Sullivan Group offers an hourly estimate for advanced administration and coordination which includes developing the event strategy and plan, budget analysis, logistics coordination, etc. We also quote a fee for hourly or daily onsite staffing to flawlessly execute your event. Any goods and services negotiated or contracted by Sullivan Group will be charged to the client at cost plus a 12% professional fee.
