Our fee structure is the cost plus 12% on all negotiated and contracted goods and services. We offer an hourly estimate for advanced coordination and administration. We also have an on-site labor cost.

No, Sullivan Group does not own these items but has a library of trusted partners who can provide rentals for your event. This ensures a lower overhead and larger custom selection for clients.

Sullivan Group coordinates events as small as 10 person board dinners to multi-day conferences or incentive travel trips. Sullivan Group will execute your event with your company strategy in mind.
